As an Enterprise Architect within Enterprise Architecture Management, you will strategically lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise architecture standards, policies, and best practices across the organization. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all systems and platforms are not only highly scalable, secure, and efficient, but also aligned with overarching business outcomes and the company’s vision. Your role will involve actively supporting solutions, information, and technology management by providing expert architectural guidance and fostering excellence. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in empowering our architecture community by onboarding and training them on new EA tools, methodologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our technological landscape.
+ Evaluate applications, technologies, information assets, and processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Provide technical guidance and consultancy to design solutions that meet business requirements and comply with architectural standards.
+ Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, defining long-term technology vision, strategy, and plans aligned with business goals.
+ Define, publish, and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and interoperability.
+ Collaborate with business, IT teams, and stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements and present complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
+ Train, mentor, and onboard the architecture community and other stakeholders.
+ Monitor emerging technologies and industry best practices to keep the architecture current and competitive.
+ Identify and mitigate risks related to technology investments and architecture decisions.
+ Support Architecture Management initiatives that enable data quality, data integrity, MDM, data governance, and technical debt reduction.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, or a related IT discipline — or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 5+ years’ experience as an Enterprise Architect, Data/ Information Architect, Solution Architect, Business Architect, or similar role.
+ Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks (e.g., **TOGAF** , **BIZBOK** , Zachman, DAMA).
+ Experience with EA tools and platforms (e.g., Ins‑Pi ( **YouDesign** , UPMX), ServiceNow ( **TRM** , APM, SAM).
+ Experience with IT governance, security, and compliance practices.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
+ Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, Content Library and Ins‑Pi YouDesign.
+ Certifications such as TOGAF or ServiceNow.
+ Experience with Generative AI/LLM technologies and Power BI.
+ SharePoint administration skills.
