We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. We get up every day, roll up our sleeves and build a better world -- together. At Ford, we’re all a part of something bigger than ourselves. Are you ready to change the way the world moves?

Come help shape the future strategic direction of Ford’s Customer Service Division (FCSD). FCSD is on a transformational journey to rapidly grow our global parts, service, and aftermarket business and deliver an excellent ownership experience for our customers through the full vehicle lifecycle.

The FCSD Strategy team is looking for a Manager, Strategy Transformation to provide thought leadership that directly advances FCSD's 2030 strategic priorities and contributes to Ford's overarching Ford+ objectives. We're seeking an individual who can rapidly translate complex information into actionable strategies and support the execution of key initiatives across FCSD's diverse business landscape.

    In this position...

This role offers a unique opportunity to help build and establish a new Project Management Office (PMO), directly supporting the acceleration of FCSD's most critical strategic initiatives. As a foundational part of that team, you will be expected to work across functions to ensure that our strategy translates into tangible business results. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, offering high visibility to FCSD leadership and a clear path to making a significant impact on the business and the future of Ford.

_This is a hybrid position requiring an onsite schedule of 4 days a week in the Dearborn, MI office. This is not a remote position._

    What you'll do...

As the Manager driving key parts of the FCSD Strategic PMO, you will be responsible for helping to enable the processes that drives our strategic agenda forward. You will:

+ **Establish a FCSD PMO Function:** Help design, implement, and drive a world-class and lightweight project management function for FCSD, establishing the standardized processes and reporting that will be used across key strategic initiatives.

+ **Drive Transparency and Accountability:** Create a central source of truth for our strategic portfolio. You will track initiative status, interdependencies, risks, and progress toward value capture, ensuring clear visibility for the entire leadership team.

+ **Act as a Center of Excellence:** Serve as a thought partner for initiative owners across FCSD. You will equip them with PMO best practices, tools, and methodologies to ensure high-quality, consistent execution.

+ **Facilitate Executive Governance** : Design and run standard governance forums (e.g., steering committees, monthly business reviews) to provide clear, concise updates to the FCSD leadership team, enabling effective and timely decision-making.

+ **Proactively Manage and Mitigate Risk** : Interface directly with business leaders and initiative teams to identify potential roadblocks and collaboratively develop robust risk mitigation plans for any off-track initiatives.

+ **Influence and Collaborate:** Work across all levels of the organization to foster a culture of accountability and execution excellence, ensuring strategic projects are delivered on time and deliver their intended value.

    You'll have...

    + Bachelor's degree required

+ A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience (or a Master's Degree with 3-5 years of experience).

+ Proven experience supporting high-impact, cross-functional projects at a global scale, working effectively with various levels of the organization.

+ A clear understanding of the fundamentals of the automotive industry and parts and services, including competitive dynamics, trends, and company operations.

+ A strong track record of challenging the status quo, being self-driven, and bringing creative solutions to support the resolution of complex issues.

+ Excellent influencing and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to confidently present findings and lead problem-solving discussions with senior leadership.

+ Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (for senior executive presentations), Excel (for modeling and data analysis), and Word.

    Even better, you may have...

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

+ Strong preference for previous roles within a corporate strategy organization, strategic finance or business unit strategy functions, a transformation office, or at top-tier management consulting firm.

+ Prior experience in supporting a PMO, including designing and implementing governance

    Key Consideration:

All candidates invited to interview for this role will be required to go through a behavioral interview as well as solve a case interview. If you do not have prior case interviewing experience, the hiring team will provide resources prior to the interview.

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home?
