Job Overview
**Exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing, strategic program.** Reporting to the Vice President, this role combines advanced financial analysis with the ability to clearly communicate results to both senior leadership and external customers. Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting financial reports, developing pro formas, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting treasury functions. Success in this role requires not only strong technical and analytical skills, but also the confidence to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for decision-makers and business partners.
+ Review and monitor KPI’s, trends, and support the monthly financial close process
+ Prepare and analyze financial performance analysis including contract, business line, product, therapy, capture, payer, department and program performances
+ Work with departments to prepare capital request and analyses including pro formas, IRRs, and value propositions
+ Compile, analyze, and complete financial schedules for budgeting and forecasting
+ Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports to provide financial information regarding key business decisions and operational performance results.
+ Perform financial analysis for external customer(s) including financial sizing, pro formas, and IRRs and provide process improvement recommendations.
+ Perform financial analysis for strategic business growth opportunities and initiatives.
+ Compile and analyze financial analyses for home infusion including program reporting, reserve monitoring, cash application, and inventory management
This position will require an onsite presence in St Paul, MN. Must be open to a hybrid work schedule.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration related field
+ 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance related role
+ Strong financial analysis and computer database skills
+ Strong Access and Excel experience
Preferred Qualifications
+ Masters in Business Admin
+ 7-10 years of progressive in accounting or finance related role
+ Health care setting experience
+ 340B program experience
+ CMA
+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
