What you will do:
The Integrated Business Planning team (IBP) within Pratt & Whitney is a rapidly growing organization established to assess the demand and output capacity of the entire P&W operations and supply chain network. Major functions of the IBP organization are Demand & Supply Management, Network Capacity, Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP), and Master Scheduling. The Supply Planning team is looking for an analytical, goal oriented individual to execute materials planning processes for the Compression System Module Center. The successful candidate is customer-focused and motivated to work in a dynamic and highly interactive work environment that connects the P&W value stream. The Materials Planning Professional is a key role within the Value Stream and IBP organization that maintains systems to ensure schedule accuracy and enable schedule stability.
+ Execute processes/strategies supporting Supplier Delivery and Scheduling as well as Inventory control including:
+ Schedule management
+ Inventory management
+ Supplier inventory management
+ Inventory input control
+ Supplier pull signals
+ Lead time management
+ Ship horizon reviews
+ Inventory buffering
+ Engineering change incorporation
+ Implement sourcing strategy into the schedule
+ Execute the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) (system planning parameters, physical part parameters, takted delivery expectations, supplier integration) and adherence to material replenishment expectations, including existing MMAS & IBP policies and procedures.
+ Support annual MMAS audits; ensure monthly compliance requirements.
+ Co-lead, or support various strategic initiatives associated with planning processes & systems.
Qualifications you must have:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or equivalent and 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications we prefer:
+ SAP experience and APICS certification

**Hybrid:** Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
