Position Type: Full time, onsite
The Program Manager serves as an Internal Consulting Group leader and as an internal consultant to Novant Health leadership and staff on large complex system level initiatives. The primary focus of the Program Manager is to provide partnership and facilitation to leaders and teams in strategic planning, project/program execution, and/or design or re-design of high priority system-wide Novant Health processes and service offerings. The Program Manager is expected to pursue her/his/their work with a high level of energy and steadfastly push self and others for results while supporting the organization in education, application of tools, methods, data collection, analysis, project facilitation, project management, mentoring and coaching junior consultants, and general leadership development in areas related to change management. As a leader within the Internal Consulting Group, the Program Manager is expected to provide leadership and primary support to system level initiatives autonomously with limited support and guidance from Internal Consulting leadership, while demonstrating the ability to mentor and lead junior consultants.

Qualifications
+ Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
+ Experience: Minimum eight years extensive experience independently managing or leading projects with complex interdependencies in a consulting, planning, analytics, leadership, or performance improvement role, required.
