    Job Description:

    + We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team.

    + This position focuses on the assembly of advanced semiconductor equipment and offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the semiconductor industry.

    + Ideal candidates will have mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, and a particular interest or background in plumbing and tubing systems.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems for semiconductor tools, including tubing, plumbing, wiring, and structural parts.

    + Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions to execute builds accurately.

    + Install and fit tubing and piping systems using appropriate tools and techniques (cutting, bending, fitting).

    + Perform electrical assembly including wiring, soldering, and harness installation.

    + Use a variety of hand and power tools to fasten components, as well as measuring instruments like calipers, torque wrenches, or micrometers.

    + Inspect assembled components for proper alignment, fit, and quality standards.

    + Maintain accurate documentation of assembly progress and completion.

    + Adhere to safety and cleanroom protocols where applicable.

    + Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and fellow assemblers to resolve build issues or improve processes.

    Experience:

    + 1–2 years of related mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience (academic or internship experience may be considered).

    + Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

    + Familiarity or strong interest in tubing, piping, or plumbing assembly.

    + Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

    + Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and standard fasteners.

    + Basic computer proficiency for logging build data and progress.

    Skills:

    + Electrical/Mechanical assembly

    + Tubing/piping/plumbing

    + Drawing/schematics

    Education:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.
