    Our** **Senior RPO Recruiter** **is accountable for:

    + Full cycle recruiting for KellyOCG clients.

    + Recruiting Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Plastics, and more for a Manufacturing Plant.

    + Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process.

    + Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully.

    + Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire/no hire decision.

    Essential Skills:

    + Must have recruiting experience supporting the Manufacturing and Engineering business function.

    + RPO experience is a plus

    + Experience with and ability to find and attract passive talent.

    + Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems and proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

    + Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.
