    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and material handling to support plant operations

    + Assist with equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation

    + Operate mobile equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and forklifts as needed

    + Monitor and report any safety or operational issues to supervisors

    + Support production teams with tasks that ensure continuous plant operation

    + Ability to operate or learn to operate mobile and plant equipment

    + Willingness to work in a physically demanding and outdoor environment

    + Strong communication skills and attention to detail

    + Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies and safety standards

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
