**Description:** Completion Supervisor

What You Will Be Doing

A completion supervisor manages crews of represented mechanics/technicians charged with the completion of aircraft build, systems testing, and operational check flights\. Ensures company, customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met\. Second Shift\.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX  Discover Fort Worth\.

Basic Qualifications:

• F\-35 &/or Flight line Experience

• Experience Leading

Desired Skills:

• Fighter Aircraft Experience; F\-35

manufacturing experience\.

• Working knowledge of LM Manufacturing

Systems including, JTD/DOMMS/ALIS,EDMS,

MPRS II, QADs, PDM, MRP, SFM, Qual Sight, and EWI\.

• Experience working with representative

employees and or managing representative

employees\.

• Familiarity with Flight Line aircraft

maintenance, safety processes\.

• Strong communication skills, verbal and

written\.

• Experience with LM organizational environment

to include production engineering,

manufacturing engineering, production control,

and industrial engineering

• Comfortable and effective at holding self and

others accountable

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office S/W

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** Non\- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
