Position Details
Job Title** : **Radiology Technologist
**Location** : Park City Mountain Resort Clinic & Canyons Village Medical Clinic.
**Employment Type** : Seasonal (Winter Ski Season)
**Schedule** : Part-time, 2 – 4 days a week including some weekends and holidays 9am – 6pm
**Start Date** : End of October/beginning of November 2025 dependent upon needed training
**End Date** : Mid-April 2026
**Resort Clinic Differential** : 10% for all hours worked at clinic
**Geographical Differential** : 5%
Key Responsibilities
+ Ensure proper patient identification and order verification; prepare patients for imaging procedures.
+ Provide compassionate care by explaining procedures clearly to patients and families, addressing concerns, and alleviating anxiety.
+ Perform radiologic exams that produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient and staff safety.
+ Follow established protocols for positioning, equipment uses, and radiation protection.
+ Recognize and respond to emergent patient situations quickly and appropriately.
+ Prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Minimum Qualifications
+ ARRT registration.
+ Current Rad Tech license in state of practice (if working in Utah).
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
+ May be required to complete the Medical Assistant (MA) Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire and perform the function of an MA (as required by Medical Group).

+ IV certification
Physical Requirements:
+ Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
+ Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.
+ Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.
+ Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.
+ Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment, including heavy items. Often required to navigate crowded and busy rooms (full of equipment, power cords on the floor, etc.)
+ May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
