We are currently seeking a **QA Automation Lead - TestRail and Playwright (Hybrid)** to join our team in **King Of Prussia** , **Pennsylvania (US-PA)** , **United States (US)** .

Responsibilities:

+ Participating in daily scrum stand ups, backlog grooming and refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings and sprint review and retrospective meetings

+ Supporting the product owners in maintaining the product backlog and scheduling next release

+ Understanding requirements & data mapping.

+ Interact with Dev team, BA team, Data Analyst, and Data architects for understanding project requirements, Technical design.

+ Construct test scenarios from business requirements, functional specifications and design documents and ensure that requirements are linked to test artifacts and requirement coverage is adequate.

+ Evaluate test data against expected scenarios, identifying deficiencies.

+ Prepare test data to validate all positive and negative scenarios as needed.

+ Run the Load and fix the issue if any come during the load

+ Perform Regression testing, Functional testing, automated testing where possible.

+ Create defects for identified issues and participate in the defects triage meeting as needed.

Requirements:

+ At least 8 years of experience on web application testing using both Manual and using Automation tools / scripts. - 8+yrs

+ Must have strong experience in API and web services testing using both Manual and using Automation tools / scripts.- 5 + yrs

+ Good experience in UI Testing

+ Must be able to write SQL queries required for data validation.

+ Should be familiar with Web and API application automation techniques.

+ Experience with Test Automation tools like TestRail, Playwright, Selenium, Python

+ Should have experience in leading QA teams.

+ Should have scripting knowledge for automation (Web & API), preferred language is Python

+ Should have worked in Agile development.

Nice to have Skills:

+ Experience with Mobility testing- 5+ yrs

+ Experience with JIRA- 5+ yrs

+ Finance domain experience: basic concept and terminology
