We at CBRE/T&T are currently seeking a Project Manager to join the Construction Project Services team. This person can work remote but we desire a person residing in the Central and Southeastern region. The purpose of this position is to lead healthcare construction projects that are lower cost and higher volume.
What you’ll do
+ Coordination of all stakeholders required to implement projects of technical spaces across a regional campus;
+ Adherence to timelines by holding themselves and project team members and contractors accountable and advised.
+ Partner with vendors, providing the client with outstanding quality and minimal disruption; minimizing risk, and providing great project outcomes.
+ Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
+ Demonstrate capability to read, understand and apply standard to documents affecting projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
+ Interface directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
+ Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
+ Lead project delivery/team providing project mentorship and direction to achieve project goals.
+ Implement communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources advised. Facilitates project meetings.
+ Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
+ Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances weekly.
+ Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
+ Ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
+ Read and interpret construction drawings from all trades.
+ Highly skilled at forecasting and financial tracking. Forecast spent on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis across all projects as well as future spend for the next fiscal year.
+ Manage 3rd Party vendors who have direct contracts with our client.

+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of three to 5 years of related project or 7 plus years related experience without a degree.
+ Project Management in the construction industry required.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is 100,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
