    Job Description:

    Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Missile Defense System Capability Engineer** to join our team! In this role you will provide technical support to the Enterprise Solutions and Enablement Directorate.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Support technical evaluations for adding missile defense capabilities to the Operational Capability (OCL) and External Asset Lists (EAL).

    + Provide evaluations of the body of evidence that ensures these hardware and/or software changes or additions are safe and effective for warfighter use following extensive engineering, test, and assessment.

    + Serve as point of contact for coordination with programs, enabling organizations, and external stakeholders. Provide guidance and training as necessary.

    What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    + Master's degree in STEM and 12+ years of relevant experience

    + Active Secret clearance

    + Experience in technical rigor to support technical review for all proposed OCL build packages to ensure criteria and objective evidence are sufficient and appropriate to support the OWG brief.

    + Ability to provide technical coordination across MDA Program and Stakeholders to address technical issues.

    + Experience with military tactical data link standards, communications interfaces, technical change proposals, and other standards.

    Security Clearance Requirement:

    An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

    Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
