    About the Role:

    We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Contract Recruiter to help us identify and attract top-tier Facilities Management professionals who not only bring technical excellence but also embody the behaviors and mindset that align with our values. In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to our hiring teams, diving deep into the FM talent landscape to source candidates who are proactive, collaborative, and committed to operational excellence.

     

    You’ll play a critical role in shaping our workforce by evaluating both skillsets and behavioral competencies ensuring every hire contributes to a high performing, safety conscious, and customer focused culture. Whether it’s a seasoned FM leader or a rising star in the field, you’ll know how to spot potential, assess fit, and create a seamless candidate experience from first touch to final offer.

     

    This is a contract position with immediate impact, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance urgency with quality.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.

    + Source from a variety of social media platforms and networks to identify top talent.

    + Support both internal/external sourcing and placement of candidates.

    + Assist with making recommendations for recruitment enhancements.

    + Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.

    + Track staffing processes and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance.

    + Recruit for entry-level to Sr level roles. Assist with the recruitment of high-level and executive-level roles.

    + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

    + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

    + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

    + Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

    + Work within broad guidelines and policies.

    + Explain difficult or sensitive information.

    What You’ll Need:

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

    + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

    + Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

    What You’ll Need:
