    BJC HealthCare is seeking a Logitics lead to assist transportation specialists with day to day documentation to manage fleet and freight operations.

     

    Ideal applicants will have a background in fleet management or logistics.

     

    Schedule: M-F 7 am-4 pm or 8 am-5 pm

    Preferred Qualifications

    Role Purpose

     

    Lead and direct operations team members conducting supply chain activities across the HSOs. Serves as the primary contact and liaison between frontline supply chain team members and Operational & Clinical Leaders. Interacts with all levels of management to coordinate business, administrative, and non-patient care operational activities.

    Responsibilities

    + Plans, develops, recommends, and coordinates standard processes and strategies for frontline supply chain team members to meet organizational goals and metrics.

    + Collaborates with directors, managers, and other disciplines to plan and implement projects related to patient care and non-patient care organizational strategies.

    + Creates effective work plans and provides input to identifying correct resources, processes, and space needed for the assigned patient care and non-patient care areas.

    + Coordinates with leaders to develop a safe working environment for team members and ensures policies and processes are adhered to.

    + Creates a positive atmosphere for frontline team members and assists with promoting a culture of belonging.

    Minimum Requirements

    Education

    + High School Diploma or GED

    Experience

    + 2-5 years

    Supervisor Experience

    + No Experience
