    The Senior Director, AI Content Strategist leads the development and management of TIAA's internal artificial intelligence tools for content strategy.

    In this role, you will lead our internal AI content strategy initiatives, developing robust frameworks and tools that transform how we create and manage content. You'll establish AI usage guidelines and best practices, build comprehensive prompt libraries, collaborate with development teams on tool capabilities, work cross-functionally to enhance AI systems, implement quality tracking mechanisms, and ultimately shape the future of TIAA's AI-powered content practices.

    Job Summary

    The Senior Director, AI Content Strategist CW plays a critical role in leading experiences that are connected across a complex ecosystem of user journeys. This role is a perfect fit for a leader with a strong and inclusive design POV. This leader will help ensure we use consistent, approachable, and brand-aligned content throughout our experiences. The leader will work with senior partners in design, product, and engineering on setting the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of content.

    Responsibilities and** **D** **uties

    + Manage a content stream of work that partners with research, design, legal and compliance, product management, and engineering teams to establish modern, best practices for incorporating AI into our content workflows.

    + Execute the mission for the team with a radically user-centric and iterative mindset.

    + See the big picture so you can define and advocate for an ambitious content AI vision. Create and execute plans that deliver this vision in a scalable way, taking agentic AI into account.

    + Advocate for human-centered design, communicating ideas and concepts clearly to audiences of all levels of understanding and seniority.

    + Be a writer, bringing a maker mindset so teams can iterate and experiment collaboratively to challenge the status quo, inspire new thinking, and improve processes for creating future-forward product experiences.

    + Model shared ownership through thoughts, actions, and behaviors. Get things done, raising the bar for performance, and taking accountability for your own actions.

    Work Experience

    + 8+ Years Required; 10+ Years Preferred

    Preferred Experience & Qualifications

    + 10+ years of content strategy, management, and UX writing experience

    + Leadership roles in building and managing AI tools for content teams, including developing usage guidelines, principles, and best practices

    + Strong and demonstrated background in content management in an Agile delivery model and a track record of shipping high impact outcomes in a fast-moving and changing environment

    + Experience creating and managing prompt libraries and establishing AI quality tracking systems

    + Demonstrated working knowledge of or practice in Figma

    + Successful track record of creative problem-solving across cross-functional partners to drive best-in-class thinking from all parts of the organization while leading all phases of the content workstreams

    + Demonstrated experience contributing to AI governance frameworks and best practices with an openness to partner and collaborate with various stakeholders across the enterprise

    Base Pay Range: $83.99/hr - $114.43/hr

     

    Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
