    You’ll be part of the Talent Intelligence team, a key function within Recruiting Enablement in the Talent Acquisition department. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that improve recruiting strategies and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, building automated tools, and creating dashboards that empower leaders to make informed decisions.

     

    What you'll do

    + Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.

    + Build advanced Excel models, automated tools, and interactive dashboards to streamline reporting and decision-making.

    + Develop forecasting models and workforce analytics to support strategic planning.

    + Partner with recruiting leaders and People Analytics to deliver insights that improve hiring efficiency and talent strategies.

    + Create visually compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership using Excel and PowerPoint.

    + Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams on budget tracking, forecasting, and expense reconciliation.

     

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

    + 2-3 years of related work experience

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, automation)

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling large datasets

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization

    + Familiarity with SAP, COUPA, or similar financial systems

    + Background in HR analytics, recruiting operations, or talent intelligence

    Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and automation techniques

    + Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating clear and compelling presentations

    + Knowledge of SAP or COUPA systems

    + Excellent communication and ability to present data insights clearly

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
