As a **Security Professional Unarmed Healthcare Patrol** in **Laguna Hills, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, where you will use your valid driver's license to support patrol responsibilities. What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, patients, and visitors within the healthcare environment.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents.

+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities as needed to support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees.

+ Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific policies, procedures, and post orders while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Availability across various days and shifts

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Experience in loss prevention is preferred.

+ Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
