Manpower, a global leader and Fortune-500 in staffing and recruiting, is seeking a **Marketing & Communications Intern** to support our regional operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity and communication skills are key.

As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you’ll assist with graphic design, content creation, social media promotion, brand development, video production/editing, event planning, and media outreach. You’ll work closely with our management team to help execute impactful marketing strategies that elevate our brand and engage our audience.

We’re seeking a motivated, organized, and creative individual who is passionate about marketing and communications. This internship is ideal for students who want to gain real-world experience and build a strong portfolio.

Job Title: Marketing & Communications Intern (Paid)

**Location:** Charleston, WV

**Pay Range:** Based on prior experience and creative history

**Hours:** 10-16 hours/week, work around school schedule. Additional hours available based on candidate availability and company demands*

What's the Job?

+ Assist in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to promote the company's brand and services.

+ Create engaging content for social media platforms, including blogs, posts, and videos.

+ Support graphic design projects, including digital and print materials, using Adobe Creative Applications.

+ Coordinate and help plan company events and media promotions to increase outreach.

+ Research industry trends and compile relevant statistics to inform content creation and marketing campaigns.

Applicant Qualifications:

+ Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program at an accredited college or university

+ Preferred majors: Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Interest or experience in video production and editing

+ Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)

+ Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

+ Interest in trends and tools related to graphic design, web design, and email marketing

+ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and analytics tools is a plus

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively

+ Attention to detail in proofreading and copy editing

+ Receptive to feedback and eager to learn
