Our client, a leading organization in the technology support industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Support Engineer Onsite Dallas to join their dynamic team. As a Field Support Engineer Onsite Dallas, you will be an integral part of the IT Support Department supporting various technical operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Field Support Engineer Onsite Dallas

**Location:** Irving, Texas

**Pay Range:** $23hr

What's the Job?

+ Provide on-site support for software installation, testing, and maintenance at designated locations.

+ Assist with hardware setup, moves, adds, and changes for desktops, laptops, and thin clients.

+ Support datacenter activities including server installation, racking, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

+ Manage asset inventory, including hardware disposal, backup, and documentation updates.

+ Respond promptly to incident requests, ensuring adherence to SLA and KPI standards.

What's Needed?

+ Experience with technical support, desktop, or help desk roles.

+ Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.

+ Ability to work on-site and handle physical installation and maintenance tasks.

+ Strong organizational skills for inventory and asset management.

+ Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
