Our client, a leader in industrial surface conditioning, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Surface Conditioning Abrasives department supporting quality assurance and product development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Laboratory Technician

**Location:** Maplewood, MN 100% on site

Pay Range: $20 to $23 p/h w-2

Duration: 12 month contract

What's the Job?

+ Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and experiments on industrial products, following established protocols and procedures

+ Operate, maintain, and calibrate multiple pieces of equipment used in the preparation and testing of abrasive samples

+ Prepare and characterize samples and resins using prescribed formulations and test methods while adhering to strict safety guidelines

+ Collect, analyze, and interpret data accurately and efficiently

+ Document and report test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness

+ Experience in laboratory testing and experimental procedures

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to operate and calibrate laboratory equipment

+ Knowledge of safety protocols in a laboratory environment

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills
