    Our client, a leading organization in the technology infrastructure sector, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager to join their team. As a Construction Integration Manager, you will be part of the Construction Department supporting project delivery and infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Construction Integration Manager

    **Location:** Sandston, VA (Onsite)

    **Pay Range:** $64-$70/hourly

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage procurement, installation, and handover of technical hyperscale data center infrastructure.

    + Coordinate with cross-functional teams including security, engineering, operations, and site acquisition.

    + Ensure project completion is safe, timely, and within budget constraints.

    + Oversee delivery of technical scope supporting WAN, WLAN, LAN, and supporting systems.

    + Facilitate decision-making, manage schedules, and drive solutions for complex projects.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 5+ years experience in data center or mission-critical construction project management.

    + Proficiency in analyzing project schedules and managing multiple priorities.

    + Experience with enterprise software suites such as O365 or equivalent.

    + Knowledge of telecommunications and network systems design and implementation.

    + Relevant certifications such as RCDD, PMP, LEED, or OSHA 30 are preferred.
