Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated **Maintenance Technician** to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization. This is a contract-to-hire position.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Mason, OH

**Pay Range:** Based upon experience

**Shift:** 2nd shift from 10am - 8:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Responsible for all production maintenance, including product quality control, line maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.

+ Apply mechanical expertise to determine work methods and procedures for producing quality products.

+ Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery.

+ Repair basic mechanical components and replace parts such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, and switches.

+ Observe and listen to mechanical devices in operation to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ 3-5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

+ Electrical experience and ability to interpret documents such as manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

+ Ability to use precision measuring devices including amp meters, electric meters, and hydraulic gauges.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
