Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility sector, is seeking a Project Manager, PMO Processes and Tools to join their team. As a Project Manager, PMO Processes and Tools, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Manager, PMO Processes and Tools
**Location:** Foster City, CA
**Pay Range:** $100/hour
What's the Job?
+ Lead end-to-end implementation projects for defining and deploying new PMO processes and tools.
+ Act as the primary liaison between PMO, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and shared understanding of requirements.
+ Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive process and tool improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert for core PMO tools such as Jira, Confluence, and BI platforms, providing guidance and developing best practices.
+ Develop and deliver training materials to promote successful adoption of new tools and processes organization-wide.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
+ 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in technical project or program management focused on systems and tools implementation.
+ Hands-on expertise with enterprise project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and BI tools like Amazon QuickSight or Looker.
+ Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
