Our client, _a leading organization in the manufacturing industry_ , is seeking a **Production Planner** to join their team in **Monroe, NC** . As a Production Planner, you will be part of the Production Planning Department supporting operational efficiency and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Planner

**Location:** Monroe, NC 28111 (100% Onsite, Mon-Fri, 1st Shift)

**Pay Range:** $25-29/HR + Benefits

**Contract Duration:** 8-Months W2 Contract, potential to extend

Job Functions:

+ Analyze production planning data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and logistics

+ Support the development and implementation of production planning strategies

+ Monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence

+ Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start)

+ Three (3) years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, production, planning

+ Proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word

+ Experience with Manufacturing Execution and/or Planning System (e.g. SAP)
