HVAC Technician – Full-Time

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join a team focused on maintaining and servicing commercial and institutional HVAC systems. This is a full-time, hands-on role supporting the daily operations of a large, complex facility.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems

+ Work with steam-based heating systems

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues

+ Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and maintenance staff

+ Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

+ EPA Universal Certification (required)

+ Minimum of 4 years of HVAC experience in a commercial or institutional setting

+ Valid driver’s license

+ Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Class A or B HVAC license

+ Experience with building automation systems and protocols such as BACnet or Modbus
