    Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Welder Nights Mig/Tig to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Welder Mig/Tig = Sunday-Tuesday 5pm-5am

    Wednesday 5pm-11pm

    **Location:** Joplin, MO

    **Pay Range:** $21 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform TIG welding on various materials to meet production specifications.

    + Inspect and assess welds for quality and compliance with standards.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

    + Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any issues.

    + Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing welding tasks.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1 year of welding experience.

    + High School diploma or GED.

    + Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
