Our client, a leader in Automotive manufacturing, is seeking a Non-Technical Project Manager to join their team. As a Non-Technical Project Manager 3, you will be part of the Energy Operations Department supporting project execution and network deployment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have **project management experience, preferably in residential construction, electrical installations, residential solar, storage or EV infrastructure** .

**Job Title:** Non-Technical Project Manager

**Location:** Warren, MI

**Pay Range:** $50 - $55 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of energy product installation projects across multiple regions.

+ Support the setup, operation, and optimization of a network of certified installation providers.

+ Track project metrics, manage costs and timelines, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

+ Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to ensure high-quality, safe installations.

+ Ensure compliance with local codes, utility requirements, and safety standards throughout project execution.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in electrical installations, residential solar, storage, or EV infrastructure.

+ Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Asana.

+ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time-management skills.

+ Ability to read and critique site plans, permits, and utility applications is preferred.
