    Job Description:

    The IT Operations team of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) has an exciting opportunity for a Workday Administrator supporting our Finance platform. The team member manages, configures, and maintains the Workday Financials platform, including integrations, reports, and business processes. They will ensure Workday Financials system integrity, troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and support end-users with functional and technical needs. They will collaborate with stakeholders, gathers requirements, and develops custom solutions to meet business needs.

     

    **This is a full-time hybrid position. Residency within 100 miles of the Kansas City, Missouri office is required** .

    Responsibilities Include

    + Administers and configures Workday Financials module, manages user access, security, and overall system health.

    + Designs, develops, and maintains integrations with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.

    + Creates and manages Workday Financials custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for data insights and decision-making support.

    + Configures and optimizes Workday Financials business processes to meet organizational objectives.

    + Conducts Workday Financials testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure system accuracy and resolve user issues.

    + Develops and maintains Workday Financials documentation, user guides, and provides end-user training and support.

    + Collaborates with stakeholders, monitors system performance, and stays current with Workday Financials updates and best practices.

     

    Sponsorship

     

    Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

    Minimum Education and/or Experience Required

    + Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Associates Degree in Applied Science specific to Computer Science and a minimum of three to six years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Must have experience working with Workday Financials.

    + Working understanding of automations and scripting languages; Ability to use tools to create testing scripts for regression and load testing after patches have been applied.

    Preferred Experience

    + Workday Pro

    + Knowledge of the entire development life cycle (analysis, design, construction, implementation, and following it through to the evolution phases).

     

    Systems & Technology Requirements

     

    Microsoft Office Suite/365, AI technology, Workday

     

    Compensation

     

    Starting at $91,436 up to $120,000. To be commensurate with experience and education.
