    Basic Job Functions:

    Nucor Steel Arkansas is seeking a commercial leader for the role of Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading the inside sales team and achieving department goals. Excellent communication skills are essential as this key role coordinates with customers, all departments, sheet mill group, and the Nucor Enterprise. Growth and development of the Nucor Arkansas team is a vital function of this role wherein the supervisor will guide personal growth and continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, productivity and profitability.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Supervisory and leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.

    + Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technical, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.

    + Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the metals industry.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in a sheet mill or related manufacturing environment.

    + Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions.

    + Proven ability to lead and implement process improvements and procedural changes

    + Demonstrated success as a developer of talent, with the ability to mentor, coach, and build high-performing teams.
