    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Manage production reporting at all toll sites

    * Post finished goods at all toll sites in D365

    * Consume all raw/packaging materials into the associated finished good to ensure inventory accuracy

    Input quality/analytical information in D365

    * Production Order Auditing

    * Perform weekly/monthly audits of production order postings/consumptions to ensure inventory accuracy month over month

    * Work with internal/external logistics teams to reconcile inventory where needed

    * Purchase Order and Invoice Processing

    * Ensure purchase orders are being properly created and received by the toller

    * Perform goods receipt on purchase orders when invoices are received

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    * Bachelor's Degree

    * 5+ years of relevant experience

    * ERP experience

    * Auditing and purchasing order experience

    * Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    * ERP experience preferred, Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
