We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Return Investigation Operator** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests on hearing aids and accessories, accurately collecting and managing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of our products.

Essential Functions:
+ Conduct tests on hearing aids and accessories to verify functionality and compliance with quality standards.
+ Accurately collect, record, and manage test data in databases.
+ Collaborate with technicians, customer solutions specialists, and engineers to communicate test results and develop effective solutions.
+ Maintain daily calibration and proper operation of test equipment.
+ Promptly identify and report any issues or discrepancies to the team and supervisor.
+ Contribute to process and test improvement initiatives by providing insights based on testing outcomes.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of new testing protocols and procedures.
+ Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of hearing aid technology and testing methodologies.
**Required Skills:** (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position.)
+ Experience in testing or quality assurance role, in the medical device or hearing aid industry.
+ Proficient in data entry and management, with experience in databases and spreadsheets.
+ Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and collaboratively.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
+ Proficient oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Highly effective organizational abilities combined with a keen eye for detail.
+ Commitment to continuous improvement and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
+ **Required Education:** High School diploma or GED
+ **Preferred Education:** Technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus
+ **Experience:**
+ Experience in using software and hardware test systems preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail and precision in work.

**Working Environment:** Manufacturing / Distribution Facility and office environment
**Physical Demands:** Sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, no more than 20 lbs.
**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:** Full-time position + Monday-Friday

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range from $21.00 to $27.00 an hour. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
