Brief Job Duties:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
+ Reviews requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices/requests for accuracy in amount and all other information.
+ Inputs all Invoices for three districts and prepares weekly batches for payment processing
+ Reconciles Vendor Statements and resolves discrepancies directly with vendors
+ Monitor and coordinate the purchasing process to include the maintenance of cost control procedures such as proper coding and accurate weekly reports.
+ Provide training and guidance to school administrative secretaries in the areas of purchasing.
+ Responsible for all vendor maintenance including creating new vendors for A/P.
+ Processess annual 1099's
