    The Role:

    We’re seeking an Engine Calibration Engineer to lead calibration development for powertrain systems. You’ll support performance, drivability, emissions, and compliance targets across a range of engine platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and optimize ECU calibrations for various conditions

    + Perform dyno and vehicle testing for performance and emissions

    + Analyze data, identify issues, and implement calibration changes

    + Interface with cross-functional teams and customers

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering

    + 2+ years of engine calibration or powertrain development experience

    + Proficient with tools such as INCA, ATI Vision, or ETAS

    + Knowledge of combustion principles, emissions systems, and diagnostics

    Preferred:

    + Experience with OBD and regulatory compliance

    + Familiarity with diesel, gasoline, or hybrid/EV calibration
