    Job Responsibilities:

    + Scheduling of Interviews, preemployment screenings, and onboarding appts.

    + Reviewing and dispositioning candidates within the Applicant Tracking System

    + Conduct Co-Op Interviews

    + Coordinate and help run Co-Op Events

    + Attend career fairs and other recruiting events

    + Collection of Co-Op program participant feedback

    + Lead the Co-Op Ambassador Program and meetings

    + Various other Human Resources tasks as assigned

    Job Qualifications:

    + Ability to work 40 hours per week

    + Must be pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree within Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.

    + Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    + Great verbal and written communicator.

    + Attention to detail for scheduling, screening, & candidate tracking

    + Strong organizational & time management skills
