Maintenance Manager – Manufacturing Operations
Drive performance. Build reliability. Lead excellence.
We’re looking for a dynamic **Maintenance Manager** to lead a team of skilled Maintenance Supervisors and technicians in optimizing building and equipment performance across a fast-paced manufacturing operation. In this role, you’ll set the vision for maintenance excellence—reducing downtime, improving reliability, and ensuring our production lines operate at peak efficiency.
As a key leader, you’ll develop and execute innovative maintenance strategies that leverage **Preventive and Predictive Maintenance** , **Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)** , and other advanced systems to strengthen plant performance. You won’t just manage—you’ll modernize, inspire, and elevate maintenance operations to world-class standards.
What You’ll Do
Maintenance Systems Leadership
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance systems and processes—such as **Root Cause Analysis** , **Reliability-Centered Maintenance** , and **TPM** —to minimize unplanned downtime, optimize resources, and reduce costs.
Team Leadership & Safety
Inspire and guide a team of maintenance professionals by delegating effectively, planning strategically, and enforcing high standards of safety and performance. Promote a culture of safety that aligns with corporate and regulatory expectations, ensuring a secure and productive work environment.
Troubleshooting & Solutions
Serve as the go-to problem solver for operational challenges. Provide timely and practical solutions to equipment and system issues while implementing long-term corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Partner with engineering and operations teams to build and sustain a data-driven Preventive and Predictive Maintenance program. Leverage maintenance software (e.g., SAP PM Module) to monitor performance, analyze trends, and continuously improve asset reliability.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
Track key maintenance metrics—such as equipment reliability, work order completion, supplier performance, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Use these insights to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.
Leadership Flexibility
Act as a hands-on leader, ensuring coverage and continuity when key personnel are unavailable. Lead by example to maintain seamless operations and consistent results.
People Development
Foster a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and professional development, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field, **and 3+ years of relevant leadership experience** ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Proven experience leading maintenance teams or projects in a **manufacturing or industrial environment** .
+ Strong technical expertise in **mechanical and electrical systems** , including PLCs, instrumentation, and reliability engineering.
+ Deep understanding of **maintenance management systems** , **work order processes** , and **preventive/predictive maintenance** programs.
+ Demonstrated problem-solving ability with analytical and strategic thinking skills.
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and **SAP** (or similar CMMS software).
+ Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.

Work Environment
This role is based in a **manufacturing facility** and involves working near moving mechanical parts, in areas that may include varying temperatures, humidity, and airborne particles.
+ May occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
+ Frequent standing, walking, and manual dexterity required.
+ Moderate to high noise levels in certain production areas.
**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
