**Location:** Playa Vista, CA, 90094 Hybrid
**Employment Type:** Contract , 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
**Pay Rate:-** $110 - $120 /hour
Job Details
We’re hiring a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and brings strong experience in deal execution and technology. This role is focused on drafting agreements, negotiating deals, and managing partner relationships—not strategy work.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead end-to-end deal execution: draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts with partners and suppliers.
+ Manage a high volume of partnership activities with precision and speed.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, especially in tech and AI domains.
+ Track performance metrics and ensure partner satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
+ 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or deal execution (8–10 years or director-level candidates also welcome if aligned with the role’s execution focus).
+ Strong technical background, ideally with exposure to AI or tech-driven environments.
+ Proven ability to handle complex contracts and high-volume workloads.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
Bonus Points:
+ Experience in a tech company or working with technical products.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, product, and engineering teams
**Pay Details:** $110.00 to $120.00 per hour
