About this position Summary description of position
-Work with project and mass production team on equipment changes and improvements. Some work with new equipment installs and support for production readiness
Your responsibilities:
-Work directly with FMC project leads members Equipment Service and unit tech leads
-Assist in equipment changes for mass production and new projects.
This will include AutoCAD and SolidWorks equipment component design
Some floor layout and equipment changes in AutoCAD
-Assist in equipment modifications to improve our current situation for Run rate and scrap reduction.
-Work with project team during equipment installs
-Work with team on spare parts
-Equipment analytics Downtime history and trending in Excel
-Work with team on overall improvements
What you need to be successful in the role: Required knowledge skills and abilities to perform functions of the job
Knowledge of: Automation Manufacturing principles AutoCAD and SolidWorks knowledge is a must.
Microsoft Office knowledge is a must
Skill In: data analysis problem solving and decision making written and oral communication.
Ability to work on own.
Ability to manage time to get tasks done per the schedule
Self driven
Required Work Experience: 2 years experience in manufacturing design and or hands on experience.
Required Education: Minimum 2 year Technical degree
Minor travel potentially days trips

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
