About the Role
Join a mission-driven team shaping the future of lunar exploration and satellite technology. As a Systems Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of cross-functional collaboration—working with software, hardware, and mechanical teams to design and deliver cutting-edge space products.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead end-to-end systems engineering processes—from concept to launch.
+ Translate customer needs into clear, actionable product and system requirements.
+ Own requirement definition and management for Earth observation, lunar, and satellite programs.
+ Drive risk management strategies and ensure seamless integration across engineering disciplines.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to deliver mission-ready solutions.
What You Bring
+ 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience in space or aerospace products.
+ Expertise in requirements management, documentation, and risk analysis.
+ Strong interdisciplinary knowledge across software, hardware, and mechanical systems.
+ Familiarity with tools like Jama or similar requirements platforms.
+ Experience in new product development and space flight programs.
+ Understanding of ITAR compliance and regulatory standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
