What You’ll Do
+ Create and layout construction documents for transmission and substation projects.
+ Apply basic design principles with the opportunity to take on more advanced tasks.
+ Collaborate with engineers and senior designers in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
+ Attend project meetings and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Submit work for quality review and implement feedback.
What You Bring
+ Experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD (training provided).
+ Associate degree in a relevant field.
+ Strong ambition and work ethic – you’re hungry to grow into a senior design role.
+ Ability to commute to our Wilmington, DE office for hybrid work.
+ Bonus points for experience in:
+ Transmission line or substation design
+ AutoCAD Civil 3D
+ Utility or distribution drafting

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
