• Architectural Designer

    Actalent (Southfield, MI)


    Responsibilities

    + Create design and construction documents for franchise and retail projects.

    + Develop construction documents under the guidance of senior draftsmen or project managers.

    + Assist in managing project folders and administration tasks.

    + Field measure and document existing building conditions.

    + Meet specific client deadlines and project goals efficiently.

    + Support CAD drafting and contribute to the technical aspects of projects if experienced.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

    + At least 3 years of experience in architectural drafting, CAD work, and production work.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD.

    + Experience with retail or commercial project work.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with franchise projects in retail or small business.

    + Familiarity with Revit and Sketchup.

    + Skills in PowerPoint, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
