    Job Title: Civil Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the execution of complex construction projects. This role involves managing highway, site work, structures, steel work, utilities, waterways, and foundation projects. The ideal candidate will plan and control all project resources, ensuring high standards of quality, adherence to schedule, cost control, and safety protocols. The role also requires interfacing with clients and maintaining productive relationships with all project disciplines.

    Responsibilities

    + Execute and oversee civil highway, site work, structures, steel work, utilities, waterways, and foundation construction projects.

    + Plan and control all resources necessary for successful project completion.

    + Lead teams to ensure project quality, schedule adherence, cost control, and safety.

    + Interface with clients and maintain positive relationships with all project disciplines.

    Essential Skills

    + 5 years of heavy civil project experience.

    + Strong project management skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

    Work Environment

    The work environment will involve collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and interaction with clients. It requires flexibility in adapting to project demands and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

     

    Full medical, dental, vision insurance. Ability to contribute to 401k. Vertical and horizontal construction experience.

    This is a fully onsite position in Columbus,OH.
