    The Safety Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment across scaffold operations in highly regulated industrial and commercial settings. This role partners closely with field leadership and crews to proactively manage risks, meet OSHA and client safety requirements, and drive a culture of safety excellence on every project. The position requires travel to project sites 50% of the time.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3-4 years in safety management experience in construction or industrial services.

    + Experience in scaffold or access-related safety is strongly preferred.

    + OSHA certifications required; OSHA 500/510 preferred.

    + Strong computer skills including MS Office, project management, and reporting tools.

    + Ability to travel to project sites as required.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.

    + CSP, CHST, or OHST certification is a plus or willingness to obtain.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Commerce City, Colorado.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
