    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and technical execution.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution across all phases.

    + Ensure designs meet technical standards and compliance requirements.

    + Help manage subcontractors and monitor their progress and deliverables.

    + Oversee project documentation and maintain accurate records.

    + Support the Project Manager in maintaining quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

    Essential Skills

    + Project management experience.

    + Proficiency with construction and project management software.

    + Experience with project scheduling and budgeting.

    + Understanding of the construction process.

    + Strong communication skills.

    + Documentation skills, including handling RFI and change orders.

    + Experience in commercial construction management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong organizational skills.

    + Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

    + Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

    + Experience in technical design review and documentation is a plus.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sorrento, Florida.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.00/hr.
