    Job Title: Quality Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager who will lead our quality engineering and technician teams to achieve high performance and alignment with our organizational goals. This role involves managing and continuously improving our internal and external quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and develop quality engineering and technician teams.

    + Manage and continuously improve internal and external quality systems.

    + Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

    + Administer and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including document control processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Serve as the primary liaison for customer quality concerns, facilitating resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.

    + Lead and manage the IATF QMS program, ensuring full compliance and readiness for audits and certifications.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in quality engineering and quality management.

    + Proficiency with IQMS, Quality Management Systems, PPAP, and root cause analysis.

    + 3+ years of experience managing a quality team of 5 or more.

    + Must have IATF experience.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

    Work Environment

    The position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, with typical working hours being 45-50 hours per week on the first shift. While you will have an office, you will spend significant time on the floor or in the lab supporting the team. Occasional travel to customer sites is required, but you will always be accompanied by a quality engineer.

    This is a Permanent position based out of West Des Moines, Iowa.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
