**Job Title:** Assembly Associate
**Location:** Grand Prairie, TX
Schedule & Pay:
+ Monday – Friday (overtime may be required during peak periods)
+ **Pay Rate:** $19.00 per hour
+ **Employment Type:** Full-time | Temp-to-Hire
Overview:
Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturer that provides innovative solutions for the retail and grocery industry. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented **Assembly Associates** to join the team in Grand Prairie, TX. This is a great opportunity to grow within a stable company while contributing to high-quality production operations.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble mechanical and electronic components following detailed work instructions and specifications
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to complete daily tasks
• Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and housekeeping procedures
• Record production data and maintain required documentation
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Support training efforts for new team members when needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production preferred
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
