Technical Writer – Electronics Manufacturing

Seeking a Technical Writer to support the creation and maintenance of clear, accurate documentation for electronic devices. This role is ideal for someone with experience in electronics manufacturing who can translate complex technical processes into user-friendly documentation for internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain technical documents including assembly instructions, test procedures, and user manuals

+ Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff to ensure accuracy and clarity

+ Manage document revisions and version control using internal systems

+ Standardize documentation formats and ensure consistency across product lines

+ Support internal training efforts with clear, concise instructional materials

+ Participate in document reviews and implement feedback efficiently

Qualifications

+ 2+ years of experience in technical writing within an electronics or manufacturing environment

+ Familiarity with production documentation such as assembly guides, test logs, and quality checklists

+ Understanding of electromechanical systems and terminology

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate technical content clearly

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document control tools

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production setting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
