• Pharmacy Technician - Irving

    Actalent (Fort Worth, TX)


    Actalent is looking for a Pharmacy Technician for a closed-door pharmacy in Irving, TX!

     

    Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

     

    Work Type: Onsite Only

    Key Responsibilities

    + Intake and process prescriptions with accuracy and urgency

    + Verify patient information and physician authorization

    + Calculate dosage volumes and convert between metric/apothecary units

    + Maintain clean and organized workstations

    + Support phone calls and assist in fulfillment (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs)

    + Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations

    + Cross-training opportunities available

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1–3 years of pharmacy experience

    + Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License

    + Ability to read and interpret prescriptions

    + Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
