    Legal Administrator

     

    Robert Half has partnered with a regional law firm in the Denver metro area on the search for a 5+ years’ Law Firm Administrator to join their team. This candidate will be responsible for general oversight of all areas of the firm. This position requires knowledge and experience in handling human resources, personnel, accounting operations, payroll, billing, human resources, information technology, data analysis, and general office administration. The Firm Administrator works with Chief Operations Officer and shareholders to successfully manage the day-to-day operations of the firm

     

    Candidates interested in this position should have 5+ years of experience as administrator of a mid-size law firm, should have experience as a legal administrator handling HR and Accounting operations at a law firm.     Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrator in a mid-sized law firm.

     

    • Strong knowledge of human resources practices and accounting operations within a legal environment.

    • Proficiency in legal-specific software, including case management systems and e-filing tools.

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    • Demonstrated experience in payroll processing, billing, and financial reporting.

    • Familiarity with IT systems and data analysis for operational improvements.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.

    • Ability to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards across administrative functions.
