    About the Role:

    As an HR Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting vital HR functions, driving organizational success, and ensuring both employees and employers have the tools and resources they need to succeed. We’re looking for professionals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide support across various HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, personnel records management, and compliance reporting.

    + Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and resolve concerns effectively while maintaining trust and confidentiality.

    + Collaborate with leadership to execute company policies and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.

    + Assist in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies to help attract top candidates.

    + Contribute to the development of training programs that foster employee growth and engagement.

    Requirements

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.

    + Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.

    + Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

    + Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus.

    + 2+ years of experience in a human resources role preferred, but entry-level candidates with transferable skills are welcome.
